We sell all our dogs as pets not as breeding stock. Breeding of any dogs
sold is exclusive to Maximum Bulldogs unless otherwise by written
permission.

A $200. Deposit is required in order to hold the puppy of your choice. All deposits must be made by Western
Union or cash. DO NOT send a U.S. Postal Money Order as these can only be cashed in the United States. We
regrettably do not accept personal cheques.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don't want the puppy, you forfeit your deposit. If something
happens to this puppy (death before it is picked up, buyer doesn't like it or decides to wait for another litter), you
make another choice from the next AVAILABLE litter not the NEXT LITTER DUE. Your deposit can be applied to
that choice.

Choice of puppies is decided on first come (deposit received) first chosen basis.

All shipping costs are the BUYER'S responsibility. Buyer should be aware that weather and holidays can affect
shipping.

Payment must be made in full before releasing the puppy.

We guarantee the puppies to be healthy. Pups are guaranteed for the first year for hips. We will replace it with a
pup of comparable or better quality when available. Cases are determined on an individual basis. We must have
vet records and signature from the veterinarian with the date and diagnosis at the expense of the buyer. The
seller reserves the right to a second opinion at the expense of the seller.

Puppies receive their first shots before being sold. It should have it's booster shot in approximately 1 month. It is
strongly recommended that you have the dog examined by your own vet within 5 days at your expense and make
an appointment for future shots, etc. Micro chipping and tattooing are also the buyer's option and responsibility.
